Perugia is the largest artistic capital in the region. Its peculiarities are all enclosed in the historic center, outlined by the Etruscan walls. Piazza IV Novembre is its fulcrum: at the centre is the stupendous Fontana Maggiore, symbol of the city, surrounded by the Gothic cathedral and the imposing Palazzo dei Priori, with the Collegio del Cambio, frescoed by Perugino, and the Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria, rich in masterpieces and home to the most important exhibitions in Umbria.

Program

Day 1 :
Day 1:

Arrival at a centrally located 3* hotel and accommodation in rooms. Lunch at leisure.
In the early afternoon, a free tour of the city through the five boroughs into which the city had been structured since the Middle Ages: Porta Sole, Porta Sant'Angelo, Porta Santa Susanna, Porta Eburnea, Porta San Pietro.
Possibility of shopping and tasting typical products. Late afternoon return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :
Day 2:

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to visit Corciano, a historic village listed among the 'Borghi più belli d'Italia' a few kilometres from Perugia. Tour of the village. Possibility of visiting the museum circuit. Free lunch in a restaurant. End of services.
