Arrival in Città di Castello, accommodation in hotel. A day dedicated to a free visit of the city where you can admire the monumental Cathedral (11th century) with its treasures. Lunch in a typical restaurant.
The Pinacoteca Comunale (Municipal Art Gallery) in Palazzo Vitelli alla Cannoniera is worth a visit: expanded with new exhibition rooms, it houses masterpieces by Raphael, Luca Signorelli, Ghirlandaio, Raffaellino del Colle and Pomarancio.
The collection of works by Alberto Burri is exhibited in the two important venues of Palazzo Albizzini and the former Tobacco Dryhouses.
Also not to be missed are the Cathedral Museum, adjacent to the cathedral, which preserves precious examples of sacred art, the Textile Collection, on the second floor of Palazzo Tommasini, where the history of the 'Tela Umbra' company is retraced, and the Grifani-Donati Graphic Arts Documentation Centre, a landmark in the promotion of the city's printing tradition.
Late afternoon, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Pietralunga, a small Umbrian village that stands on the top of a hill overlooking the Carpinella Valley. The surrounding landscape is characterised by an endless succession of hills, the dense forests of oaks and downy oaks colour the slopes and valley floor a deep green in spring, providing peaceful and relaxing corners. Strolling through the village you can admire: Palazzo Fiorucci, Palazzo Comunale and the Pieve di Santa Maria church. Lunch in a typical restaurant.
Afternoon walk in the woods near Pietralunga to savour the identity of the area and immerse oneself in a relaxing environment. End of services.
